It all started in 2005 with the belief that drive and determination are at the core of sales success and that impressive reps lead to impressive results. As a small Canadian contract sales organization, Impres was launched with the clear mission to exceed client expectations – to be impressive in everything we do. We recognized early that embracing technology would provide our reps with a competitive advantage and so we began building proprietary tools where we saw opportunity to maximize productivity. From day one, we listened attentively to our partners' needs and worked closely with them to fine tune our services. Laser focused and never to be out-worked, our evolution was guided by our partners' needs and a resistance to ever say “no”. The result: partnerships that last decades, best-in-class services, technologies that maximize productivity and unmatched flexibility to adapt to changing partner needs.

Fast forward to today and Impres has established a ‘Next Generation’ commercial partnership model that time and again exceeds expectations by delivering executional excellence. Our unique structure and processes have set a new outsourcing standard and we continue to evolve at an unmatched pace. As good as today is, we know tomorrow can be better and so we wake up pushing the limits of how we can offer value to our partners.
